Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was quite memorable with its great onsen and spacious rooms. The buffet dinner was a highlight with a wide variety of dishes, particularly the snow crabs. However, some aspects were disappointing, like the inconsistency in food quality and noise levels from neighboring rooms. Overall, it has its charm, especially for those seeking a traditional onsen experience.
The highlight of my stay was definitely the onsen, which was fantastic and quite luxurious. The room was surprisingly spacious but had issues with noise and cleanliness. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, and the location, while convenient, felt crowded with tour groups. Overall, I enjoyed the hot spring amenities, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a complete vacation experience.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for me. While the onsen was absolutely stunning and provided a perfect way to relax, the overall dining and room quality left much to be desired. The location was convenient, and the nice staff made efforts to be helpful. However, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you're really just after the hot springs.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the onsen was fantastic and really well-maintained, which made for an enjoyable relaxation time. On the other hand, I found the buffet dinner to be quite disappointing and unappetizing. The room was clean and spacious, but the noise from neighboring rooms kept me awake. Overall, it's a place worth considering for the onsen, but dining options weren’t up to par.
My stay at the hotel was quite an adventure! The location is nice and close to Hell Valley and some local shops, but walking there in freezing temperatures was a bit of a challenge. The buffet dinner was absolutely delightful with fresh Hokkaido specialties, and I can’t stop thinking about the view from my room in the morning, which was simply breathtaking. However, the Wi-Fi only being available in the lobby was a bit inconvenient.
